Truly great place to live. There’s 3 parks you can get to without even having to go across a major street, plus a long nature trail that’s great for walks or trail running. I found myself going on walks every day in nature and seeing the wildflowers. The staff is very nice. They keep it very clean. The gym is nice and convenient. They communicate very well about issues and events. And the apartments are well sound proofed.

I had a lovely experience here from start to finish! The leasing team is absolutely amazing and made the whole process seamless. I toured a couple of different places, but choosing this community was a total no-brainer. The exceptional customer service, top-notch amenities, cleanliness, and overall sense of safety immediately stood out. I also love that safety is a priority here; they actually have two courtesy officers who live on-site!

What I really appreciate about this place is that the staff always listen to feedback, hear you out, and do their best to apply changes whenever possible, compared to other places. Since moving in, they’ve been quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests, open with communication, and keep you informed with news and changes happening in the community; they also plan regular events to bring neighbors together.

I’ve been a resident since 2024, and I don’t plan on moving! Their team does a phenomenal job of going above and beyond for the resident experience! The property is always clean, and maintenance is always friendly. We are located near all prime locations in Austin, close to groceries and shopping. Great place to live!

I have loved my experience at Progress at Tech Ridge so far. The staff are excellent and are always welcoming. They take the time to know you. All maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner, and my apartment is amazing!
